Thanks to its microprocessor it is able to adapt the working frequency instantly.

Avoiding open flames means being able to work near cables, pipes or other heat sensitive parts. Gas fired flames bring the metal surface temperature to over 3000 ° C, with inevitable changes in structural characteristics. Induction heating, on the other hand, generates heat only in the required point and improves the quality standards of the finished product: it quickly brings the metal to high temperatures, but 500-600 ° C is sufficient to perform straightening, bending, replacement of pins, bearings , bolts, etc.
With Teknel heaters it is possible to control the temperature in order not to exceed the limits imposed in the various processes.
 

It is also equipped with a special ISOLATION TRANSFORMER, which guarantees maximum safety for the operator even in the most unpredictable situations. The machine is suitable for use on ferrous materials and metals in general, including aluminum. It is able to work without interruption for a very long period of time, thanks to its powerful double cooling system. This machine is particularly suitable for use with "needle inductors", (maximum length 1500mm) to tighten and loosen hollow bolts. It allows 80% time savings compared to traditional tightening and unlocking systems and eliminates the risk of burns and shocks.
